Simply call us during our normal business hours on Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. If we’re not able to get back to you immediately, please be rest assured we will get back to you within one business day. If you need to reach us outside of our normal business hours, please fill out our contact form.

To cancel an appointment, you must call us at 215-880-4733 a minimum of 24 hours previous to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours – or no call/no show – the cancellation fee is $50.00 to be paid in cash. If you have pre-paid or paid a deposit for services, the $50.00 fee will be taken from the initial payment.

Yes, this gives us an opportunity to meet so we can get acclimated. Working with a professional organizer can be an emotional process. We want to make sure you’re happy with the suggestions we make during the consultation. This also gives us the opportunity to begin creating a personalized strategy for your organizational needs.

We are located in Philadelphia proper and work with clients within a 2 hour driving distance from Center City, Philadelphia. If you’re not sure about your location being within the geographic region of where we work, give us a call and if we can’t help you, we’ll point you in the right direction.

We work with varying sized organizing projects – from a single room or garage to a full size multi-bedroom home. Contact us and we’ll schedule your initial consultation to determine the strategy for organizing needs.

We treat each organizing project as a custom made-for-you strategy. This includes determining a proper timeline based on the needs of the project. During our initial consultation, we will determine the expected completion time based upon the scope of the project and the personal needs of the client. We want to ensure we are able to create expectations that fit into a reasonable timeline that will accomplish the goals of the organizing process decided upon.
